Dr. Rima Rouhana

Position: Assistant Professor

Rima Rouhana is an Assistant Professor of Management, Marketing and Business Processes at Saint-Joseph University - Beirut, Lebanon. She has a Ph.D. diploma from the HEC-Management School of the University of Liege, Belgium, since 2009.

She is a qualified business consultant with several years of expertise in Business Management, mainly in the healthcare sector. Her research and publications involve the choice and use of performance monitoring systems in healthcare organizations such as the Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma.

Her research interests focus on business processes, company structuring, leadership profiles, CSR and sustainability. Currently, Dr. Rouhana is involved in research projects supporting inclusive, sustainable, and impact-driven entrepreneurship, including initiatives under the Social Entrepreneurship in Times of Crisis (SE.TC) project, AI and Gen-AI, and Capacity Building in Higher Education.
