Prof. Gloria Ghantous Haddad

Position: Associate Professor

Dr. Gloria Haddad is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Management at Saint Joseph University, where she serves as Chair of the Management and Entrepreneurship Department.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has over 15 years of experience in higher education and research. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, gender studies, and technological innovation, with particular emphasis on women's entrepreneurship and digital transformation.

She is an active member of the Femme Et Renouveau Economique (FERE) research chair at Grenoble Ecole de Management and was awarded the Emerald Publishing Literati Award for Excellence in 2019.

She teaches Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing, Management, and Organizational Behavior while also serving as a member of the Quality Assurance Unit (AACSB) and the Jesuit Examen Commission.
