Ola T. Masry

Position: Course Coordinator and Instructor, School of Business, Lebanese International University (LIU).

Ola T. Masry is a Course Coordinator at the School of Business, Lebanese International University (LIU), Lebanon, a position she has held since February 2022. In this role, she oversees academic operations across multiple campuses, supports faculty members, coordinates unified assessments, and contributes to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional documentation. She has also served as a Course Instructor at LIU since September 2021, teaching undergraduate courses across a range of management disciplines, including Business Management, Business Ethics, Business Law, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Business Governance.

Ms. Masry is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Commercial Law at Beirut Arab University. Her doctoral research focuses on the legal regulation of financial intermediaries in the context of digital transformation and artificial intelligence. She holds a Master of Laws in Private Law from Université La Sagesse, a Master of Business Administration from the Arab Open University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut. Her multidisciplinary academic background combines law, business management, human resources, governance, and higher education.

She plays an active role in educational development and institutional capacity-building initiatives through curriculum development, academic quality assurance, accreditation activities, faculty development, Training-of-Trainers (ToT) programs, and the implementation of digital learning and assessment practices. She is an ACBSP accreditation team member at LIU, contributing to accreditation readiness, strategic planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

She holds professional certifications, including a CPD-Certified Training of Trainers qualification and the Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) Module 2, and has contributed to international educational projects and collaborative capacity-building initiatives.

In addition to her academic career, Ms. Masry has extensive professional experience in public administration and human resources. She has served at the Lebanese General Security since 2008, where she contributes to workforce planning, personnel administration, performance evaluation, succession planning, promotion processes, and institutional coordination.

Her research interests include commercial and financial law, financial regulation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, corporate governance, business ethics, social entrepreneurship, circular entrepreneurship, and higher education innovation. She is the co-author of an internationally published book chapter on circular entrepreneurship and policy development in emerging economies and has served as a peer reviewer for academic publications in the fields of circular economy, entrepreneurship, governance, and corporate social responsibility. Building on this work, her current research examines the governance and liability challenges associated with AI-driven financial intermediaries and the evolving legal framework governing digital financial markets.

She remains committed to advancing legal and business education, interdisciplinary research, educational innovation, lifelong learning, and institutional development through teaching, research, training, and international collaboration.
